Designed to validate monitor unit calculations performed by your primary radiation treatment planning software, muCheck is a Windows based program that operates independently of any treatment planning system. muCheck has an extensive list of features that allows any qualified member of your therapy department to perform calculations quickly and easily. DICOM-RT import and diode dose reporting included.
- Gamma Knife Check – GammaPlans
Gamma Knife Check is the ONLY commercial, FDA cleared, independent dose verification second check system on the market. Available for 4C and Perfexion units, Gamma Knife Check can be used with the Classic and/or TMR 10 algorithms. Using this second algorithmic calculator software brings your facility into compliance when charging for basic dosimetry calculations reported "per shot", separate and distinct from the actual SRS plan.
- BrachyCheck – HDR, LDR and Seed Implants
BrachyCheck provides a quick and reliable way to verify the dose calculated by your treatment planning system. The intuitive software can be used with any Brachytherapy source - HDR, LDR, Electronic or Permanent Implants. It follows the AAPM TG43 formalism to calculate dose using data imported from a variety of treatment planning systems.
