Multileaf Collimators are designed to facilitate optimum dose distribution, and allow the therapist to adjust beam shape without reentering the treatment room.
Their precision and flexibility allow treatment of a broad range of tumors, with treatment options such as IMRT. The Siemens MLCs, in combination with VIRTUAL WEDGE™, are fully integrated with our Linear Accelerator control consoles, helping to provide fast, seamless, highly automated operation.
